How do I create a deposit slip?

Navigate to the Financial tab, select "Create Deposit", fill in the amount, purpose, date, and mobile number. Submit for approval from the relevant party.

Can I send files in messages?

Yes, Fisnum supports images, videos, and PDF attachments in both individual and group chats.

How do approvals work?

For 1-on-1 transactions, the receiver must approve. For group transactions, group admins handle approvals. You'll receive notifications for pending approvals.

Can I export my ledger?

Yes, you can view your running balance, filter by transaction type and date, and export your complete ledger to PDF format.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Type "Delete" to confirm. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
